Our pawtential begins with passion

At Unleashing Pawtential, we believe every dog deserves a confident, calm, and fear-free life. Discover the dedication and experience behind our Hobart dog training and puppy classes, and how we're committed to strengthening the bond between you and your beloved companion.

A journey of dedication and experience

With over 30 years as an animal lover and professional, including extensive experience as a Vet Tech, my passion for animal health and welfare, especially dogs, runs deep. Gaining my Cert IV in Animal Behaviour and Training has allowed me to fully realise my potential, working with a wide range of dogs, from playful puppies to those needing support with challenging behaviours. Unleashing Pawtential was born from a desire to provide an exceptional, personalised dog training service right here in Hobart and its surrounding suburbs.

Our unique approach: fear-free and positive

My extensive experience, including working as a vet nurse in Hobart's busy 24/7 animal emergency hospital, has equipped me to connect with dogs and understand their training requirements, especially those who are fearful, anxious, or stressed. We wholeheartedly follow a fear-free approach, using only positive reinforcement and gentle, considered methods. Our goal is to guide owners in developing stronger human-animal bonds, leading to a calmer, less stressful environment for both you and your pet.

What success looks like for you and your dog

At Unleashing Pawtential, we hope you and your dog will gain outstanding behaviour training that brings out the very best in both of you. Success, for us, is seeing a confident, calm, and fear-free pet, thriving in a loving home. It's about empowering owners and dogs to communicate effectively and enjoy a harmonious life together. We're confident you'll be so pleased, you'll be recommending us to your friends and family!

"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from your company. Their team went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations."
